Who We Are
Ness Mgmt LLC is an owner operated property management company, based out of Mount Vernon, WA, that runs multi family apartment buildings and a few commercial investment properties. We have properties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. We are hiring for someone to help use take care of the growing portfolio of properties we have in Great Falls! We are company made up of hard workers who are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. When it comes to maintenance we like to handle as much as we can in house.
Maintenance Technician
This position fluctuates between individual and team work. There will be times you will be working with a crew to complete a task and other times that you will be individually responsible for completing tasks. You will be asked to set a schedule for the week and plan to collect parts and supplies needed accordingly. This job will consist of interior and exterior work in occupied and vacant spaces. The ideal candidate is self motivated, organized and efficient with experience yet willing to adapt and grow new skills.
Common tasks that you will be asked to work on are (but not limited to) as follows:

- Electrical Repairs
- Plumbing Repairs
- Painting
- Drywall Repair/Replacement (including mudding/texture)
- Door/Window Repair & Installation
- Laminate/Tile flooring Installation
- Cabinet/Counter Repairs & Installation
- Door Casing/Base Trim Repairs & Installation
- General Maintenance Trouble Shooting

- Door/Window Repairs & Installation
- Siding Repair & Installation
- Deck/Stairway Repair & Installation
- Fence Repair & Installation
- Roofing Repairs & Inspections
- Landscaping/Snow Removal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
