What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Laborer position at Ness Management?

We are looking for a dedicated property maintenance laborer to perform various maintenance tasks in apartment units and assist in keeping properties in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apartment unit demolition
- Painting and surface preparations
- Hot water tank, toilet, faucet, and lighting installations
- Landscape clean-up and leaf blowing
- Garbage clean-up (including driving a small dump truck)
- Exterior building maintenance, including the ability to safely climb a ladder for tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and inspections
Requirements:
- Reliable personal vehicle for commuting and transport
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to climb a ladder for exterior building maintenance
- Prior experience in property maintenance or general labor is preferred, but not required
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team or independently
- Must have a strong work ethic, ability to communicate effectively in English, and a positive attitude
What We Offer:
- $15 - $25/hour based on experience
