We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer – North America
At Nespon, we’re entering a key growth stage — and we’re looking for a COO to lead our North America business.
This is not a traditional role.
You will own the full P&L, drive revenue growth, lead delivery at scale, and build a high-performance consulting organization of 300 people.

What you´ll be responsible for:
- Owning and growing the North America P&L
- Driving revenue expansion and client success
- Leading delivery excellence (utilization, margins, predictability)
- Building and scaling leadership teams
- Translating strategy into execution and results
What we´re looking for:
- 10 years in IT services / consulting
- Strong experience with P&L ownership
- Proven track record scaling consulting businesses
- Salesforce ecosystem experience (highly valued)
- Ability to lead both growth and delivery
