What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Customer Service Representative position at NESP?
New England Sports Photo is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our Methuen office. This is a year-round role with approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Pay: $22-$25 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Weekday daytime hours by agreement, generally 9:00 AM-3:00 PM or 10:00 AM-4:00 PM during peak seasons.
What you will do:
- Respond to customer emails, support tickets, and calls.
- Help families with online orders, accounts, delivery, reprints, and replacements.
- Research order-status and shipping questions.
- Support league and school coordinators.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to Craig.
What we are looking for:
- Customer-service or administrative experience preferred.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable with web applications and spreadsheets.
