Billing Specialist

Venture Fuels, a portfolio company of Nesnah Ventures, is hiring a Billing Specialist to generate customer invoices, resolve discrepancies from our vendors, and aid in other administrative duties as needed.

We’re a wholesale fuel company with years of experience and market expertise, while also having a small enough Upper Midwest footprint to service all our customers on a one-to-one basis.

The Role - What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

• Analyze sales invoices for accuracy
• Request and process paperwork for invoicing
• Assist customers with questions regarding their invoices and credit card settlements
• Call customers to obtain inventory levels and track contract quantities

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and minimum 1-2 years of billing experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work as a team and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
