What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist - Bilingual (Must speak both English AND Spanish) position at NeSmith & NeSmith, P.C.?
This position is for a Personal Injury/Immigration Law Firm. We need a full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) receptionist who can answer calls from and interact with our English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Employee will also be responsible for filing paperwork, making copies of client files and records along with other basic, secretarial tasks.
- An important aspect of this job is to contact any potential clients whose information is received by the firm's online marketing efforts. Potential clients must be contacted as soon as their information is received, so any applicant must be willing to interact with clients over the phone frequently.
- Employee will work directly with clients to compute and compile client applications to be submitted to the appropriate government agency.
- Employee must be able to communicate clearly with clients, government agencies, and other contacts necessary for the completion of clients' applications.
- Employee must be responsible and reliable to stay on top of workload.
- Required: Must speak English and Spanish fluently and have reliable transportation. In addition, this employee must be able to communicate clearly and work effectively with government agencies, clients, and other office staff.
Work Environment: This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners, and fax machines. As such, applicants must be capable to use this equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Our business hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
