What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Assistant Special Education -Various Locations position at Neshaminy School District?
Neshaminy School District is looking for part-time Instructional Assistants to work with special education students. Positions are available at various levels throughout the district (Elementary; Middle and High School). Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of post secondary education or the PA Credential of Competency certification with experience working with students with special needs (including Autistic Support) preferred. Assignments include working with students in the classroom setting and working with students on a one-to-one basis. These positions are eligible for sick and holiday pay. Neshaminy School District also offers a generous pension plan as all employees become members of the Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS).
