What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian - anticipated - High School position at Neshaminy School District?
The Neshaminy School District has an anticipated opening for a full-time Custodian at Neshaminy High School. This position is responsible for cleaning the school building and grounds as assigned, maintaining building and grounds including snow removal and grass cutting as required, responding to building needs, securing the assigned building as needed and make minor building repairs as well as other applicable assigned duties. Qualifications include ability to work with chemical cleaning products; ability to perform the following physical requirements: climb ladders; lift up to 50 pounds unassisted; walk a minimum of 8 hours continuously; kneel, squat, climb stairs; manipulate tools; push and pull a minimum of 30 pounds; as well as read and understand written and oral instructions. The hours for this position are 8:00am-4:30pm.
