Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Langhorne, PA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, and monitoring individual progress. Additional responsibilities include providing support and training to educators and families, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and developing behavior management strategies tailored to student needs. The BCBA will also contribute to creating positive behavioral support plans within the district.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong skills in Parent Education and effective communication with families
- Knowledge of Psychology, including principles of learning and behavior
- Expertise in Behavior Management and creating positive behavioral interventions
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to collaborate with educators, school staff, and families
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in educational or school settings is a plus
