Job Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring every client receives courteous, prompt, and professional attention that exceeds their expectations
- Drive service sales and maximize gross profit through effective upselling and recommendation of necessary repairs and maintenance
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations, technical information, and service options to customers in a transparent and trustworthy manner
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage daily workflow
- Open, update, and close repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Consistently maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score at or above manufacturer and dealership standards

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong automotive technical knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment
