What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with clients and business development teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source and recruit skilled trades talent across manufacturing and industrial roles
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess technical skills and job fit
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines using advanced sourcing and search techniques
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the submission process
- Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Coordinate and present employment offers and initiate pre-employment processes
- Attend local networking events, trade schools, and community or college events as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through consistent follow-up
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and translate them into recruiting action
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills for skilled trades and technical roles
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and authentically with both clients and candidates
- High level of drive, persistence, and follow-through
- Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities
