Quality Inspector (Direct Hire!)

Nesco Resource is hiring a Quality Inspector for a growing client in the North Royalton area for 2nd and 3rd shift! This role is essential in ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections, audits, and testing. Job Responsibilities:

• Inspection & Auditing:
• Conduct regular product inspections and line audits.
• Verify operator inspection sheets and ensure accuracy.
• Perform material audits and incoming/outgoing product inspections.
• Use measurement tools (calipers, height gauge, etc.) to assess product quality.
• Approve or reject products based on quality standards.
• Data Collection & Reporting:
• Record inspection findings and maintain quality logs.
• Assist in identifying trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Training & Support:
• Help train new employees on quality procedures.
• Provide guidance on quality alerts and standards.
• Rework & Compliance:
• Coordinate and perform product rework as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality policies.
• General Duties:
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and work procedures.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of quality inspection experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in machining or plastic injection molding is a plus.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Good vision for detailed inspections.
