- Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (DOE)

The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership within industrial manufacturing—preferably involving heat exchange systems or thermal equipment used in data center construction.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Program Leadership: Manage complex programs supporting data center construction, ensuring alignment across engineering, production, supply chain, and customer teams.
- Project Planning: Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to drive on-time delivery of engineered equipment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of communication between internal teams and customers throughout the lifecycle of the program.
- Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Monitor progress against deliverables and provide routine program updates to internal leadership.
- Supply Chain Alignment: Work closely with procurement teams to identify long-lead materials and maintain production timelines.
- Financial Oversight: Track project budgets, monitor cost performance, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain clear communication on project status.
- Execution & Delivery: Lead teams to ensure equipment programs are completed on schedule while maintaining quality and performance expectations.
- Program / Project Management Experience: 5-8 years managing complex projects in a manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineered-to-order environment.
- Data Center Project Exposure: Experience supporting projects tied to data center infrastructure, cooling systems, or large thermal equipment is highly valued.
- Technical Environment: Comfortable working with engineering teams and technical documentation related to industrial equipment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across departments.
- Project Tools: Experience with scheduling and project tracking software (Microsoft Project or similar preferred).
- Organization & Communication: Strong ability to manage multiple programs, communicate progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: PMP or other project management certifications are beneficial but not required.
