Processing Operator – Nutritional Manufacturing

About the Role
As a Processing Operator, you’ll play an essential role in producing high-quality pediatric and medical nutritional products. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, blending precision, teamwork, and technology to help create products that make a difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
Operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled blending and heat treatment processes.
Accurately weigh, stage, and document batch ingredients using computer-controlled weighing systems.
Perform and document clean-in-place (CIP) procedures to ensure all equipment and systems are sanitized and compliant.
Prepare and process product lines, including standardization and final water batches using flavors, oils, and other ingredients.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by cleaning equipment and work areas, performing preventive maintenance, and following all safety and regulatory standards.
Handle, receive, and transport bulk raw materials, CIP chemicals, and other production materials.
Support other production or sanitation duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in food manufacturing, nutritional products, or other GMP-regulated environments is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Comfortable with computer-controlled systems, documentation, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle raw ingredients and materials throughout the production process.
