Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and set up jobs as required.
- Follow all work instructions and production documentation accurately.
- Communicate with shear and deburring operators as needed to support workflow.
- Comply with all applicable ISO and OSHA standards.
- Use basic shop math and understand machining tolerances (e.g., ±0.005").
- Use measuring tools to verify that parts meet specifications.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Utilize basic computer skills for machine operation and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
