Salary: $100,000–$110,000, plus bonus potential

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Primarily onsite

We’re partnering with an established global manufacturing organization to identify an Inside Sales Manager to lead a local team and help drive the next stage of its operational growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who can balance customer service and daily operations with team development and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how the team works, collaborates across departments, and supports customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for customer accounts, quotations, sales orders, and customer inquiries.
• Oversee daily customer service and inside sales operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer needs.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Partner with Production, Shipping, Finance, Quality, and Sales to coordinate activities and keep orders moving efficiently.
• Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical process improvements.
• Establish clear expectations, promote accountability, and support the professional development of team members.
• Use reporting, data, and internal systems to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support system enhancements and evolving business processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading a customer service, inside sales, order management, or similar customer-facing operations team.
• Demonstrated ability to coach employees, establish accountability, and address performance challenges.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• The ability to balance a supportive leadership style with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or system implementation projects is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full benefit package; including:
• Competitive base salary of $100,000–$110,000.
• Annual incentive bonus targeted at approximately 8–10%, based on individual and company performance.
• Two weeks of vacation.
• Eleven paid holidays, plus a floating holiday
