Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring basic skill and accuracy in lamp assembly or wire/harness areas.
- Ensure product quality during operations.
- Complete tasks such as:
- Testing, greasing, sonic/vibration welding.
- Hand pinning, wire cutting/stripping, splicing.
- Harness prep, molding plugs, tap machine operation.
- Engage in tasks requiring physical effort and visual focus.
Requirements
- Sit/stand for up to 10 hours.
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.; push/pull heavy containers.
- Rotate assignments with varied conditions.
- Perform repetitive fine manipulation and visual inspection.
- Use hand tools (e.g., wire cutters, crimpers, soldering irons).
- Bend, twist, and work at various heights.
Work Schedule
10 Hour Shifts: Monday through Thursday
2nd: 2:30 pm to 1:00 am
Mandatory overtime on Fridays, with 1 Mandatory Saturday a month. Pay: $15.00 per hour
