About The Role

- Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 (depending on experience)

- Plant Electrical Systems: Support, maintain, and improve power distribution, control panels, and facility-wide electrical systems
- Troubleshooting & Reliability: Diagnose failures and implement long-term solutions to reduce downtime
- Maintenance Engineering Support: Partner with technicians to improve PM strategies and eliminate chronic issues
- Controls & Automation: Support PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and control systems for production equipment
- Upgrades & Retrofits: Assist with equipment modifications, panel upgrades, and new machinery integration
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain schematics and support NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA compliance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations and leadership to improve safety and performance
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and system reliability
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Experience: 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
- Technical Focus:
- PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, control circuits
- Motor controls & power distribution
- Electrical troubleshooting in production settings
- Software: AutoCAD Electrical or similar
- On-site Requirement: Comfortable working on the plant floor
- Location Requirement: Must be located in or able to commute to Tulsa, OK
- 🕖 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 🚗 Travel: Occasional between local facilities only
- 🏭 Environment: Office production floor
- 🦺 Requirements: PPE including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
