Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Assemble electrical components, wiring, and sub-assemblies
- Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and route wiring using proper wire gauges
- Build and wire control panels, junction boxes, and electrical assemblies
- Perform basic electrical testing and quality checks
- Troubleshoot wiring or assembly issues as needed
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or industrial assembly
- Familiarity with electrical components and wiring practices
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and schematics
- Knowledge of wire gauges and proper application
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
