- ✅ 2 years of dispatch experience
- ✅ Proven white-glove customer service background
- ✅ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- ✅ Experience working with first responders a big plus
- ✅ Comfort in a high-speed, high-stakes environment
- ✅ Bonus points for experience with VIP/platinum clients
- ✅ GED or Associate’s degree required
