Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
This role provides product and order support to consumers via phone, email, and live chat including:
- Handling inbound consumer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and care
- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using Zendesk
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service
- Support ad hoc tasks and cross-training opportunities across other product lines as needed
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy or ability to grasp technical concepts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency (email, basic Microsoft office, order entry)

- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
