What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Instructional Designer position at Nesco Resource?
The Corporate Instructional Designer will support the team in following areas :
- Design and Development : Create instructional materials, including eLearning modules, Documents and blended learning programs, using instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Conduct Needs Assessment analyses to identify skill gaps and determine the appropriate training solutions.
- Content Creation : Develop engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and interactive activities, to enhance learning experiences.
- Course Implementation : Manage the rollout of training programs, ensuring that all materials are accessible and effective for the target audience.
- Evaluation and Improvement : Collect and analyze feedback from learners to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that training materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other eLearning tools to deliver and track training programs.
- Compliance : Ensure that all training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.
