Corporate Communications Coordinator

A well-established Biotech company is looking for a Corporate Communications Associate to support its team! This would be a 12-month contract with the potential for an extension or permanent hire.

Summary: Provide administrative support for the Corporate Communications team at Regeneron's IOPS site in Rensselaer, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish content on SharePoint intranet and mobile platform.
• Draft announcements and manage digital signage.
• Re-size and edit photos, and coordinate with the graphics team.
• Monitor comments and generate activity reports.
• Provide staff photography and manage digital archives.
• Support volunteer projects and manage supplies.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and visitors.
• Track funding requests and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in internal communications in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
