Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for production of precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T specifications.
- Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Make basic program edits and adjust tool offsets as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Accurately document production data and report any machine or quality issues.
- Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe).
- Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools.
- Solid understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and materials.
- Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and ability to work independently.
