- Design and develop projects in your core discipline (roadway/bridge, water/wastewater, or municipal infrastructure)
- Collaborate with project teams and provide occasional support for client presentations or technical Q&A
- Mentor and oversee work assignments for junior engineers and technical staff
- Utilize Civil 3D for design deliverables; MicroStation experience a plus
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as AASHTO, MUTCD, ODOT, and municipal design guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred; strong EITs with 5 years of design experience may be considered
- 5 years of progressive design experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Roadway and bridge design (primary need)
- Water and wastewater systems
- Municipal site design/infrastructure
- Proficiency in Civil 3D; familiarity with MicroStation is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and mentorship
