Administrative Assistant - Shop. $20-$24/hr - Monday - Friday (not sure of the hours)
Reviews and prepares various invoices, timekeeping records, and reports. Assists shop employees with uniforms, supplies, and record keeping. Answers the phone, files and prepares correspondence and spreadsheets for Director, shop supervisors, and assists Human Resource Manager and Payroll Manager with employee documentation.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare PTO reports for Cushing and Collinsville, and submit to Payroll
- Maintains daily and weekly time sheets for shop employees including preparation of spreadsheets for Payroll and Human Resources.
- Prepare PAFs for shop supervisors and submit to Human Resources.
- Assist HR and Payroll by maintaining and submitting records for employee's absences and/or tardiness.
- Assist shop employees with supplies, uniform, and boot orders, and maintain records of same.
- Submit reports of shop employee's payroll deductions for tool room, boots, uniforms to Payroll.
- Assist Human Resources and Payroll with temporary employees' time records and invoices.
- Prepare attendance calendars and records for shop supervisors
- Assist shop employees with preparation of Payroll or HR forms, such as address changes.
- Set First Responder training and attend training sessions
- Answer phone, filing and miscellaneous document preparation for supervisors and Director
- Back-up to Receptionist, as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of records and information.
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook Skills a must!
- 1 year directly manufacturing related experience
