🕒 Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Includes weekends & Holidays
• Flexibility to arrive early or stay late as needed
  
  

💼 What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly and accurately to alarm signals
• Communicate calmly and clearly during urgent situations
• Document all call activity with precision
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Follow dispatch and security protocols
  
  

👀 What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service background
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in moderately stressful situations
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Ability to multitask across several applications
• Comfortable sitting and working on phones/computers for extended periods
• Must be 18 and able to pass a background check and drug screening
