Wire Bending Technician- Andover, MA

Location: Andover, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking a Removable Wire Bending Technician to assemble orthodontic wire appliances according to doctor specifications while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wire bending assembly for removable orthodontic appliances

• Measure, cut, grind, and shape wire components

• Use manual tools including pliers, Dremel tools, soldering irons, and hand drills

• Inspect work to identify defects according to workmanship standards

• Record production data and track work progress

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Collaborate with team members and departments to meet production goals

• Complete approximately 10–20 production points per day

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Ideal Background (Helpful but Not Required)

• Dental lab, orthodontic, or medical device manufacturing experience

• Nail technicians, beauty professionals, jewelry makers, artists, or crafters

• Manufacturing or fine assembly experience

• Any role requiring precision, patience, and strong attention to detail

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to read job orders, specifications, and small print

• Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools

• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
