Personal Lines Customer Representative
Pay: $35,000–$50,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Nesco Resource is seeking a full-time Client Services Insurance Representative to join our client's team. This role focuses on supporting current clients and welcoming new customers by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
Responsibilities

• Process customer policy changes, updates, and adjustments.
• Answer incoming claim-related calls and manage proper follow-up.
• Greet all office visitors promptly and courteously.
• Accept and record payments from customers.
• Confirm and update customer contact information during interactions.
• Provide customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Offer ongoing assistance to clients with insurance-related needs.
• Attend training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
• Assist with policy renewals and retention activities.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and email.
• Willingness to learn insurance products and procedures.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Prior office or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
