School bus dealership located in North Bay Shore, looking for a reliable front desk receptionist to greet customers dropping off and picking up vehicles and answering phones. This position is available for Part-Time hours- Must be 5-6 hours a day. Between the hours of 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM Monday- Friday
Computer knowledge is a MUST . Must be able to multi-task and be self motivated. The duties are not limited to front desk duties, this includes:

Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your core skills in computer literacy, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities will be essential in managing multi-line phone systems and maintaining an efficient office environment. With premium skills in office management you will assist in scheduling appointments and handling inquiries. Your relevant skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and calendar management will ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff.
