Schedule - Manager requests worker on 4/10s (Fri-Monday 5AM-3PM) and then will go to 5/8s (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) when specific supplier milestones are accomplished
Supplier Program Manager Position Summary
The Supplier Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships and performance in support of contractual commitments. This role drives supplier accountability across cost, quality, schedule, and delivery while ensuring alignment with operational and supply chain objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to manage supplier performance to contractual requirements
- Develop and execute supplier management strategies that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and long-term relationships
- Identify supplier risks and opportunities and implement mitigation or improvement plans
- Manage and resolve tactical supplier issues impacting production, quality, cost, or delivery
- Maintain accountability for overall supplier cost, quality, schedule, and delivery performance
- Prepare and deliver daily progress reports and executive-level briefings; escalate critical issues as required
- Serve as the primary on-site or virtual focal point for coordinating all supplier-related activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong ability to organize and drive complex actions with both short-term and long-term objectives
- Proven cross-functional leadership across Quality, Engineering, SCMM, and Operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
- Solid Operations or Supply Chain background
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
- Operations experience with the ability to analyze, interrogate, and resolve production schedule issues
- Experience managing a Line of Balance (LOB)
- Supply Chain experience supporting technically complex products
- Experience working in highly regulated manufacturing environments
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
Must be A U S Citizen - NO Dual Citizenship
Pay: $70.00 - $74.00 per hour
