As the face of our Houston office, you will play a key role in maintaining its day-to-day operations—from welcoming visitors and supporting new hires to coordinating events, managing facilities, and creating a positive workplace experience. What You'll Be Doing:
- Office Management - Maintain a welcoming, professional, and well-organized office environment, ensuring supplies, facilities, and common areas are consistently maintained to a high standard.
- First Impressions Matter - Welcome visitors, contractors, and new employees, manage office access, and ensure all guests receive a professional and positive experience.
- Administrative Support - Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including shipping and deliveries, business cards, meeting coordination, expense reconciliation, and general office support.
- Meeting & Event Coordination - Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate catering, and support company events, celebrations, employee recognition activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Vendor & Facilities Management - Act as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors, coordinating maintenance requests, office purchases, and service providers.
- Employee Engagement & Culture - Support our Belong programme by helping deliver wellbeing initiatives, office events, volunteer activities, and culture-focused experiences.
- Office Safety Support - Work alongside internal safety teams to coordinate training, support office audits, and communicate building and safety updates to employees.
Experience Required:
- Administrative Experience - Previous office administration, reception, or office coordination experience preferred.
- Strong Organisation Skills - Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- People-Focused Approach - A professional, approachable, and service-oriented individual who enjoys supporting others.
- Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the business.
- Technology Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professionalism & Discretion - Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
