What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruitment Oversight – Lead the sourcing and placement of technical professionals across Power & Renewables, ensuring first-class delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Team Leadership – Supervise recruitment consultants, monitor performance against KPIs, and support development plans through monthly reviews and coaching.
- Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients through strategic networking and market research.
- Client Engagement – Build long-term client relationships, offering consultative solutions beyond recruitment, including visa support and workforce planning.
- Contractor Management – Maintain awareness of contractor satisfaction and resolve issues related to assignment conditions, service levels, or legislative changes.
- Commercial Management – Oversee contractual and commercial activities, leveraging internal support functions to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Proposal & Bid Support – Contribute to the creation of proposals, contracts, and RFIs in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal departments to streamline compliance, invoicing, and cash collection processes.
- Strategic Investment – Manage CAPEX and non-budgeted investments, preparing business cases to support regional growth initiatives.
- Market Intelligence – Provide regular feedback on market trends, client developments, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment Experience – 5 years in the recruitment industry, ideally with exposure to technical sectors and contractor management.
- Commercial Acumen – Proven success in business development, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.
- Leadership Skills – Motivated to lead teams, drive performance, and contribute to regional growth.
- Organizational Strength – Smart, methodical, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Pro – Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and external client-facing experience.
