Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the cite/state market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution. You will support customers across Institutional business segments, help ensure the company's Brand Standards are met, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable customer outcomes.
Important: This is a field-based position and may require travel to the multiple locations and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage chemical inventory and ensure safe handling and storage practices.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, primarily liquid pumping systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure reliable operation.
- Conduct basic laboratory testing and document results accurately (training provided).
- Maintain service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Education / Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical Degree, Trade School Certificate, or related technical training
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) proficiency preferred or required depending on role.
Preferred Skills
- Technical or vocational training in a mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field
- Previous field service, maintenance, equipment repair, or mechanical experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Customer-facing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
