Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling and complete check-out procedures with accuracy
- Execute retail sales strategies to drive results and enhance client satisfaction
- Collaborate in team meetings with the General Manager and staff to stay aligned on goals, updates and initiatives
- Maintain clear, professional communication with guests and team members
- Contribute to individual and team success by actively participating in goal-setting and performance discussions
- Support the planning and execution of in-store marketing events and promotional displays
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or the beauty industry
- Experience in a salon and spa setting preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing front-line support to both team members and guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
