📋 What You'll Be Doing:
• Diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, and other devices (break/fix)
• Performing hardware replacements, software troubleshooting, and OS repairs
• Assisting with light networking tasks — router setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and small network installations
• Delivering friendly, professional service to residential and small business customers
✅ What We're Looking For:
• Experience with PC and Mac break/fix repair
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, router/switch configuration)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• CompTIA A or Network is a plus — but not required
