What We Are Looking For
Our technical team is looking for a client-facing Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer with strong technical and communication skills. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with a proven track record of experience working with AVD conducting deployments, troubleshooting and support.
What You'll Do
You’ll dive right in and be an instrumental member of our technical team and will be exposed to the Nerdio platform and our internal and external partners.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following:
- Aid in deploying AVD environments using Nerdio Manager
- Support customers throughout their AVD deployments and beyond
Qualifications, Experience and Education
- Prior AVD deployments
- Experience with Intune, FSLogix and Active Directory (AAD, Azure AD DS, AD DS)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Fast-paced mentality and able to make decisions quickly
- Works with a sense of high urgency
- Comfortable with and able to work and deliver excellent results within short cycle times
- Comfortable working with highly technical customers
- Tolerates with a high degree of uncertainty and change
- Experience conducting technical product demos

Education & Technical Background:
- Completed a degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline preferred
- AZ:140 certification - Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop - required
