Responsibilities
- Answer inbound sales calls from interested customers
- Assist walk-in customers at the business center
- Explain services clearly and recommend the best options based on customer needs
- Promote and sell English classes offered at our center
- Close sales and generate commissions
- Follow up with potential customers when needed
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused environment
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Must be able to work on-site in Tomball, TX
Compensation
Commission-based pay with multiple earning opportunities
Strong earning potential based on performance and sales volume
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
