About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Program Manager to join our PMO team with a focus on Cybersecurity and IT Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects within our Cybersecurity and IT Operations landscape. You will work closely with diverse
stakeholders, including Security Architects, IT Operations Managers, business representatives, and technical teams, to drive the evolution of our security posture and IT
infrastructure, encompassing security enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, compliance initiatives, and the implementation of new security and operations solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Manage, and execute comprehensive program plans for Cybersecurity and IT Operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with
organizational strategic goals and objectives.

Project Management Expertise:

• Initiating: Define and authorize projects, establish charters, and identify key stakeholders.

• Planning: Develop detailed project plans, scope statements, schedules, and budgets.

•Executing: Lead and manage project teams, coordinate resources, and
ensure task completion. Track project progress, manage variances, and
implement corrective actions. Formalize project acceptance, document
lessons learned, and transition deliverables.

• Requirements Management: Collaborate with Security Architects and IT Operations Managers to document current and future requirements for security
enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology implementations.

• Security & Infrastructure Implementation: Participate in or lead security framework implementations (e.g., Zero Trust, identity and access management), IT
infrastructure transformations, and compliance initiatives, supporting change management initiatives effectively.

• Budget & Resource Management: Support program and project budget management, track expenditures, and assist in optimizing resource allocation to
ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including management and
technical teams.

• Reporting & Presentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise presentations and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders, articulating project progress,
risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Project Tracking & Metrics: Establish and maintain project tracking mechanisms, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.

• Change Management: Support change management principles and best practices, relating directly with Neptune Change Management agents, addressing potential resistance and facilitating smooth transitions during security policy implementations and infrastructure changes.

• Process Improvement & Documentation: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT operations processes and security workflows, with a preference for
experience in ITIL or IT service management documentation.

• Jira Proficiency: Utilize Jira for managing project backlogs, tracking tasks, and supporting Agile development methodologies as needed.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Demonstrate initiative, self-starter mentality, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in program and project
management, with exposure to cybersecurity and IT operations.
• Experience managing complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated
environment.
• Experience with security framework implementations and IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, team collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with Jira and other project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT operations, and IT service
management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Familiarity with change management principles and their application in security and
infrastructure transitions.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage budgets
effectively.

Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Cybersecurity, Project
Management).
Preferred: Professional certifications such as PMP or CAPM
