Job Title: Server and/or Bartender (Casual Full-Service Restaurant)

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and dependable servers to join our team in a fast-paced, casual full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a remarkable dining experience, and work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the Toast POS system
- Deliver orders in a timely manner while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary options, and daily specials
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Bus and reset tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests
- Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work as needed
- Use Sling scheduling app to keep availability updated and accurate
Qualifications:
- Prior serving or restaurant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, Sundays, July 1st-6th, time off is limited through July - September.
- Must be at least 21 years old
