Role: Central Team Sales Analyst
Job Description: The Central Sales Analyst will be tasked with supporting the Central Team sellers and their respective client base with program execution and account management needs. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and dedicated to learning the client base portfolio/policies, as well as comfortable being client-facing if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of DI post analysis & assist with pre-planning processes
- Manage DI reporting to drive data-driven recommendations and advance program optimization (in-flight, post-program insights)
- Analyze data to find a selling story to prove out performance and utilize for incremental budget opportunities
- Create post-program recaps across IS and DI; partner with insights to validate data
- Proficient in NPIP, Circana and Excel; ability to build unique reporting by brand, pull brand health reports, switchers, and competitive analytics
- Ability to pull store level data from Circana and build store lists based on program/brand KPIs
- Build slides for Sales teams to use outlining best practices for all NRS tactics for Sales teams to leverage to drive new opportunities and incremental sales leads
- Monitor market/shopper patterns and behaviors to drive actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, e.g., Digital Support (DICSM/CSM), Sales, and Client Insight teams
Salary range will be commensurate with experience driving results.
Minimum Experience: CPG Industry Experience in Sales, Sales Support, or Analytical Role for at least 1.5 years
