Cali Kids Dental/Next Level Dental is in search of a new Patient Coordinator who possesses a warm, outgoing demeanor and a keen eye for detail. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Thriving in our dynamic environment, you will lead with precision and creativity, upholding high standards of administrative excellence while cultivating a positive atmosphere for both staff and patients.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday, no weekends
- 8am-5pm
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, accounts payable, or dental billing is preferred.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
- Highly enthusiastic and supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Compassionate, caring and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
- A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must!
Responsibilities Include
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
