Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Onsite Evening Supervisor to lead our commercial cleaning teams during evening operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position, values high standards, and is committed to developing team members while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of cleaning professionals across assigned accounts
- Coach, train, and motivate staff to maintain productivity and high morale
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards
- Anticipate and forecast potential operational challenges, proactively implementing solutions
- Provide fill-in coverage as needed to maintain uninterrupted service
- Coordinate and execute special project work ( deep cleans, floor care, seasonal tasks)
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain clear communication with management and clients regarding performance and needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experienced
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability for evening shifts
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Able to pass a background check
- Have your own car for transportation
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
