Experienced Bilingual Medical Floater

Our San Bernardino/Highland/Banning office is hiring for an Experienced Bilingual Front Office Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities for back office, but not limited to:
- Perform Vital Signs along with patient intake task
- Prepare charts for upcoming visits
- Submit prior authorizations for any orders and/or medications
- Answer phones, check faxes
- Travel to multiple offices when coverage is needed.
Responsibilities for front office:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Answer phones
- Schedule and cancel appointments
- Collect co-pays
- Travel to multiple offices when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare as a medical assistant
- Familiarity with EHR
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Communication skills as you will be working with physicians and the office team.
- Must be willing to travel
- Bilingual- Spanish is a must
