We’re looking for someone who’s warm, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment. As the first face our patients see and the last voice they hear, you’ll guide them from their first call to their final visit—handling scheduling, onboarding, insurance, and more.
Not an insurance expert? No worries—we’ll train you. What matters most is your heart for people and your ability to stay focused through interruptions.
đź“… Schedule & Flexibility
This is a part-time, job-share position. You’ll work two full days per week (7:45/8am–close) and help cover your partner’s vacation time. Occasionally that means working a full week—but never on Fridays (we’re only open Monday–Thursday)!
The job-share setup allows you to trade days when needed, schedule around life, and support each other with clear communication.
This is a permanent position.

- Being the Welcoming Face of Nephew
- Managing the daily treatment schedule
- Onboarding new patients
- Verifying insurance benefits (training provided)
- Coordinating paperwork and intake documents
- Supporting the clinical team with daily needs
- Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly
- Doing “a little bit of everything” as needed

You don’t need to be a tech expert—just comfortable using basic tools and willing to learn.
- Phones & Scheduling Software – Answering calls, booking, and managing appointments
- Google Workspace – Gmail, Drive, Calendar, shared docs, and digital organization
- Insurance Portals – Verifying benefits and submitting info (training provided)
- File Management – Copying, scanning, uploading forms and patient records
- Payment Collection – Taking co-pays and managing balances
- Clinic Upkeep – Light cleaning, folding laundry, organizing supplies
