We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, increasing sales volume, and ensuring excellent customer service through proactive communication and follow-up.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and knowledge of the tobacco, CBD, or vape industry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
• Proactively call potential and existing customers to introduce Nepa Wholesale’s products and services.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Educate customers on pricing, promotions, and new product arrivals.
• Work to increase order volume and customer retention through consistent communication and relationship-building.
• Convert leads into active customers by effectively presenting the benefits of working with Nepa Wholesale.
Order Management & Follow-Ups
• Process orders, provide order updates, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Track and log customer interactions in CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist with customer concerns and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals, including call volume, customer engagement, and new sign-ups.
• Continuously seek new business opportunities through outbound calls and referrals.
