Job Overview
Job Title: Inventory Associate
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: 7am – 5pm OR 8am – 6pm
Pay: $15/hr.
Pay Frequency: Monthly
Travel: Required, including occasional overnight stays and out-of-state travel.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can work accurately, safely, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. If you’re comfortable lifting boxes, counting products, and operating warehouse equipment, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Receive, move, and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Lift, carry, and handle boxes and materials (typically 30–50 lbs.)
- Perform accurate product counts and maintain inventory records
- Complete cycle counts and assist with scheduled inventory audits
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or low stock
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
- Basic math skills for counting and reconciliation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle physical labor
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to communicate and write in English
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry items
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders if needed
