NEPA Community Health Care is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our care team in Greenfield Township! Full-time providers have the option to work either four 10-hr or five 8-hr shifts. Salary negotiation will be based upon experience and credentials; Salary range opens at $110,000 for newly licensed professionals.

The PMHNP evaluates, diagnoses and treats individuals with mental health conditions. This provider performs psychiatric assessments, prescribes and manages medications, provides psychotherapy or supportive counseling, monitors treatment progress, and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. The goal of this professional is to help patients achieve stability and improve overall mental well-being while managing ongoing psychiatric needs in an outpatient setting.
