Role Description The Director of Corporate Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in College Park, MD. This role is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of corporate partners to support Neowellth’s programs, initiatives, and strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective corporate partners, leading outreach efforts, conducting discovery meetings, and designing partnership proposals that align corporate objectives with Neowellth’s mission. The Director will negotiate partnership agreements, manage renewals, and oversee the delivery of partnership commitments, ensuring timely reporting, impact storytelling, and partner satisfaction. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams on program design, marketing assets, events, and campaigns that enhance partner engagement and visibility. The Director will also monitor market trends, track progress against revenue and relationship goals, and provide regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Corporate Partnerships, including cultivating, securing, and growing corporate relationships.
- Proven track record in New Business Development and Sales, with the ability to build and manage a revenue-generating pipeline.
- Experience building Strategic Partnerships that create mutual value and long-term collaboration.
- Background in Philanthropy or corporate social impact, cause marketing, or CSR initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills, with the ability to communicate value clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Comfort working with data, CRM systems, and metrics to track performance and inform strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in College Park, MD, and occasionally attend external meetings, events, and conferences.
