Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and report on program budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Track actual expenditures against forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly spend plans, accruals, and cost summaries for stakeholder reporting.
- Support KPI tracking, performance metrics, and executive-level dashboards.
- Coordinate with program teams, PMO, and engineering teams to validate project expenditures.
- Maintain controls documentation and ensure consistency across all program workstreams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cost control, forecasting accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
- Support audit and regulatory readiness by maintaining accurate cost and workflow documentation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, financial analysis, or program financial management.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and cost reporting.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and/or Smartsheet.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including PMO, engineering, and finance.
- Ability to analyze financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting program governance, financial controls, and audit readiness.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in project controls, cost engineering, or financial analysis, preferably within utilities, energy efficiency, infrastructure, or similar industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), Power BI, and/or Smartsheet.
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $46 - $48
